  4. Is anyone else having a problem adding freebie codes? I've tried to add the benefit code and the Clinique eye cream code (separately, not stacked) and it seems to accept the code but I don't see the product in the cart.

    1. For the unique codes, you have to click the part in your email that takes you to the freebie, and then ADD the freebie to your cart. From there, you then enter the code, and then it will be free. :)

    3. Is there a way to enter more than one code? For example multiple sample codes or sample code and discount code.

  5. This was such a crappy flash sale. In yesterday's video even though it was not said it kind of implied that the products mentioned by Laura lee were going to be on sale along with a great mystery one. It turns out that the great mystery in the envelope was the only one on the flash sale and it was not thought out well because this palette was not for every skin tone. Why do they do things like this meaning not being inclusive? Ulta is becoming worse every day, even in their 21 beauty sale I had so many issues. In total I had to exchange five items because they made it in such poor conditions and it was unacceptable to receive products looking this way and in-store it was implied that I should not be so picky when I bought those on sale. Really, for example the brush in the Mally highlighter and Blush the bristles were so messed up and crooked. So I was suppose to stay with a messed up brush because I bought it on sale? When I checked the exchanged then I noticed the bush I was just returning was the incorrect brush for this item (these issues were with products bought online)

    1. Sorry to hear about all this! May I ask if you have called customer service? Not your local store, but the number on the website? The reason I ask is that I find Ulta CS to be very helpful and if you're experiencing consistent issues with quality control, that should be heard on a corporate level. They may even offer you a gift card for your troubles. I obviously can't guarantee that, but I know they do that sometimes.

    2. I emailed them and they told me to return any items to my local store which is not so local when it's about 35 to 40 minutes away. They did send me a 410 gift card for the trouble, I just think that they had too much on their hands and probably did not have enough staff for the demand they had. Regardless, no one beats Too Faced in shipping issues.

    Why is this, when I see that they are sent before 12 noon? I miss out on so’ much!
