The Lipstick League - Week of 1.2.16

The Lipstick League Question of the Week

What tool do you most often use to apply your foundation? Brush, sponge, fingers or…?

G's answer: well since I've been wearing BB creams a lot these past several weeks, I would have to say my fingers. I prefer fingers for BB creams since the whole purpose of a BB cream is to be quick and easy. But when I wear liquid foundation, I generally use a beautyblender.

  1. Definitely brush. I tried the Beauty Blender a few times and it takes too long and doesn't look as good on me.

  2. I just switched from a powder foundation for he winter to a cream so I went from a brush to using my fingers. I want to use a Beauty Blender consistently but I don't do makeup in the bathroom and I'm too lazy and time crunched to go wet it every day.

  3. I've never really gotten on the beauty blender trend, but I love to apply my face makeup/foundation usually with a kabuki brush. They are super soft and easy to control!

  4. I'm a convert & use the big & small Beauty Blender. Don't wear foundation but use it to apply my tinted foundation & CC. Once you start & see the flawless results, you're hooked😍

  5. I use a sigma f80 flat kabuki. I use a beauty blender occasionally, I feel like it sucks up so much product

  6. Totally my fingers haha. But for glam for me the Beauty Blender just can't be beat.
