Old Navy Launches Its Own Bath & Body Collection and It Sounds Quite Lovely

Old Navy Kindred Goods Bath & Body Collection

Did you hear the news? Old Navy is jumping on the clothing-retailer-gets-their-own-bath-and-body-line train! And guess what? It sounds pretty fab so far.

According to New Beauty, Kindred Goods is the name of Old Navy's new bath & body line, and it's debuting today, 9/15, in select Old Navy stores. I would imagine that it will go nationwide eventually, and probably also be available on their website (it's not online as of time of publication).

The line is manufactured for Old Navy by Tru Fragrance, which is the same company that makes the Urban Outfitters Gourmand Collection and Petal Oils, and the Anthropologie Fictions Perfumes. Pricing starts are $6 and includes eau de parfum, hair and body mist, hand cream, foaming body scrub and body lotion. There are three scents in the Old Navy Kindred Goods collection:
  • Sea Salt & Fig
  • Sweet Cream & Honey
  • Orange Blossom & Tea

I don't know about you, but all three of these fragrances sound quite enticing to me. I can't wait to find these at my local Old Navy and give them a try. Thoughts?

  1. Do we know if they are cruelty free? I am really trying to be a more responsible buyer.

    1. I'm sorry, I have no idea. But there's a contact form on the Tru Fragrance website (link in my post) so maybe you can contact them directly and they can tell you?

    2. G, I went to Old Navy today and surprise! There was a small display by the cashiers. Body and hair mist $8.00, Small bottle of cologne $12 and small tube if hand cream $6. There was also a bottle of body lotion that I didn't get the price of. I didn't think to get the size of the bottles bit suffice it to say not large. I ended up getting the body and hair mist in Sweet Cream, but they all smelled yummy! It was hard to pick!

  3. I smelled the sweet cream one last weekend and it was wonderful. Didn't buy any to try yet though because they didn't have prices on them and I JUST bought five different lotions at B&BW!

    1. Thank you so much, Mae! And yes, absolutely OK! I love links that help others and provide info (the only links I don't permit are spammy links that are for publicity/referrals only). Plus, Phyrra rocks and is so comprehensive in her CF coverage. Thanks again for sharing!

  5. Target recently launched its own skincare and beauty brand called B. A focal display went up at my store about 2 weeks ago. It looked pretty interesting.

  7. Oh man Sweet Cream and Honey sounds like it would be right up my alley. Now that I moved and found out there's an old navy about 3 minutes from my job, I may have to poke my nose in tomorrow and check it out!
