Spotted: Sally Hansen Fall 2015 Collections (Xtreme Wear, Miracle Gel and Complete Salon Manicure)

The Sally Hansen Fall 2015 collections are now starting to hit stores, and today I have three collections to share with you, thanks to my pal Amanda of Some Weird Sin (polish fanatics may know her from her Instagram, @blitherypoop).  Amanda spotted these displays at her local Wegmans last week, but I know that some of you have spotted some of these displays at Kmart and other retailers. Eventually, these should be at Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, etc. (if you haven't already seen them there). So let's take a look!

Note: I want to thank everyone who took the time to share Sally Hansen sightings with me over the past few weeks, whether it be through email or social media. I wish that I could feature all of your pics on the blog, but I'm very behind on new sightings post and I'm having a difficult time keeping track of each submission. I'm so sorry about that, and I want to thank you again for your emails/tags/DMs. I'm so grateful that you would think of me and take the time to share, and I hope that you'll continue to do so in the future!

410 Femme Feather, 420 Heritage Red, 430 Out for Oxblood, 440 Fall Flair, 450 Stike Gold, 460 Hard Cider, 470 Boho Blue, 480 Gypsy Jade

I've heard from some of you that Boho Blue might be a dupe for the original formula Pacific Blue. If you have both, you know I would absolutely love to hear your verdict!

And last but not least, the Fall 2015 New York Fashion Week Complete Salon Manicure collection:

The New York Fashion Week collections always contain collabs with various fashion designers (more on that in a moment). This collection is broken up in to three categories:
  • Subtle Sheers (bottom row)
  • Fall Jewels (middle row)
  • Casual Cools (top row)

Amanda mentioned that the Subtle Sheers might be jellies. That's quite exciting (to me at least, since you know I love my jellies)!

Casual Cools: 865 Winter Sky, 870 Concrete Jungle, 871 Lady T, 872 Midnight Affair, 874 Rendez-Nonoo

Fall Jewels: 861 Yummy Yam, 862 The Last Adventure, 864 Candied Apple, 863 Maasai Red, 873 Spring Moss
Subtle Sheers: 866 Beige Glass, 860 Gold Glass, 867 Rose Glass, 868 Leaf Peeper, 869 Violet Glass

Here's the breakdown of the designer shades:
  • Prabal Gurung: Midnight Affair, Concrete Jungle, Leaf Peeper
  • Rodarte: Gold Glass, Beige Glass, Rose Glass
  • Tracy Reese: Yummy Yam, Maasai Red, Winter Sky

Have you spotted any of these collections at your local drugstores yet? Thoughts? It should only be a matter of time before we see these at all the usual drugstores, Target, Kmart, etc. So keep your eyes peeled if you're interested in these!

Thanks so very much, Amanda, for the great pics and info. I really appreciate it!

  1. Shade 410 is Femme Feather for the X-treme Wear.

  2. I am excited to see some of the fall colors but not excited for fall! We don't get the mythical sunny cools days, we get dark skies and cold winds. Oh well. I have to wonder how Boho Blue stacks up against the new Pacific Blue!

  3. I really hope the subtle sheers are jellies. They're outside of the normal color spectrum for jelly polish, so that's kind of exciting!

    1. They are! Milky-ish, but still. I'm wearing Beige Glass right now.

  4. Oh, I grabbed Boho Blue and thought that it looked like the original Pacific Blue as well! I have a bottle somewhere... will try to do a comparison!

  5. I just saw these last night at Walgreens! 871 is called "Lady T", and the Xtreme Wear blue is more like the NEW Pacific Blue than the old. Very cobalt-y. Also the Jade shade looks to my naked eye, a lot like Jazzy Jade, but I didn't hold them side by side. I am IN LOVE with those weird creamy yam/rust/marigold shades though.

    1. Thank you! Just updated my post! :)

And man, what a bummer. I need another cobalt blue like a hole in the head. lol! And I agree-I love those autumnal shades so much...makes me want to put on a sweater (even though it's currently 1000 degrees in my house as I write this). ;)

  6. Boho Blues isn't a dupe for Pacific Blue. It's more of a dupe for Sinful Color's Endless Blue. Plus, it's a jelly formula and takes about 3/4 coats to be opaque.

    1. Whomp whomp. :( lol! Thanks so much for the info. What a bummer. Oh, but is the formula streaky before becoming opaque? If it's not streaky, it could still be nice for jelly sammies (at least it would have that going for it!).

    2. Just coming here to say the same thing- I held Boho Blues next to Endless Blue; absolute dupe. Also the teal one (Gypsy Jade) looks like an exact dupe for the teal that is a part of their core collex. I did, however, get Hard Cider, which is a beautiful shimmery orange (sheer, but with 3-4 coats can be opaque).

    3. I think it's suitable for jelly sandwiches. It could be fun for pond manis as well.

    4. Ooooh thank you!! Pond manis are my latest obsession. :)

  7. I picked up CSM Rose Glass and 874 Rendez-Nonoo at Wegmans today. Found Out for Oxblood last month at Ulta.

  9. Are all the CSM colors new? I bought Concrete Jungle tonight at Walgreens and it was on clearance for $1.99. I was hoping to see swatches but if it's that new, I guess I need to wait, lol.
