Tomorrow Only (12/12): All 3-Wick Candles $8 Each In-Store Only at Bath & Body Works

This only happens once a year, so if you're a 3-wick fanatic, get ready for a trip to B&BW tomorrow:

Tomorrow only (12/12), in-store only, ALL 3-wick candles will be $8 each (limit 15) at Bath & Body Works. As you probably know, the most common sale for 3-wicks is 2/$22, and sometimes there are special $10 offers throughout the year. But $8 for 3-wicks only happens ONCE a year, so it's the best time to stock up.

Keep reading for more info, tips and the fine print...

Fine print:
In Store Only: $8 3-Wick Candles - One Day Only on December 12, 2014Save $14.50. Limit 15.Stores: Price will be reflected at time of purchase on qualifying merchandise. While supplies last. This offer is not redeemable for cash, gift cards, third party or clearance merchandise, nor is it valid toward previous purchases. Offer valid for dates shown above. No rain checks issued. Offer not valid online at BathandBodyWorks.com....offers are valid at participating U.S. Bath & Body Works stores through the dates [above]. Offers not valid at BathandBodyWorks.com: $8 3-Wick Candles - One Day Only on December 12, 2014 Product Offers, valid dates and participating stores subject to change without notice.

Coupons: You CAN use coupons during this sale, if you're lucky enough to have some $10 off a $30 purchase coupons on hand (the kind they give you in-store). I just checked Retailmenot and the only $10 off $30 printable coupons they have (the ones with the pink "printable" icon next to them) expire TODAY (of course!). But they DO have a printable "free Signature Collection item with any $10 purchase" coupon that you can use tomorrow (expires 12/24). You may want to check the Retailmenot site tomorrow to see if any new coupons have been posted before you head out tomorrow.

TIP: Call your BB&W stores NOW (if you're on the West Coast, stores are still open as of the time of this post) or first thing in the morning to see if they have the scents you're looking for in stock. This can help save you time and gas. For example, I just called around like a mad woman looking for my very favorite scent Flannel and no stores in my area have it in stock (*sob*). But that saves me from going to a zillion stores tomorrow looking for it.

One more thing: I also called my local Bath & Body Works Outlet (there are only a handful of true BBW outlets in the US and there's one in San Diego at the Las Americas Outlet Mall) to see if perhaps the price on the 3-wicks might be even cheaper at the outlet stores tomorrow. The person I spoke with said they would NOT be on sale, but if you live near a BBW outlet, definitely give them a call tomorrow to confirm. Also, I can tell you that the BBW Outlet here in San Diego does have Spring and Summer 2014 3-wicks right now for $11.25, while supplies last. So if you're in San Diego and you miss out on the regular $8 store sale tomorrow, there's always the outlet if you're looking for some scents from spring/summer. Oh, and the outlet store here in San Diego does not have Flannel either, in case you were curious. (*sobbing again*).

    2. Ooops, sorry for the mistake...I was off on two counts. It IS YK not BBW and the release date I saw was January not Feb. I saw it in Family Circle mag and they say the date is 1/20/2015. Team Thin Mints all the way! I gotta say G., I remember a while back you posted about putting TM's in the freezer (or the 7-11 version, which is kinda almost as good) and gotta say thanks for that tip...sooo good frozen! Just never would've thought of it, they don't usually stay in the house long enough to think of things to do with them. Probably lots of good recipes out there calling for crushed cookies though.

    3. Oh, forgot to mention...so glad to see you mention Retailmenot. They have been my one and only trusted online source for coupon codes for years now, love them! I never go web shopping without checking them out.

  3. Someone said to go in and buy one candle - then you'll receive a $10 off $30 coupon with that purchase and just turn around and buy more! I'm going to try it out. They said that coupon given with purchases in store has been active since the 8th.

  4. The sales associates have coupons ($10 off $30 and $20 off $50) on them. They were happy to give me one when I asked. I was able to get 8 candles, and with the coupon they all rang up as $5.50. Yay! :). Thanks for your wonderful posts. I look forward to them daily!

  5. I went around 6 p.m. hoping to score a couple candles. There was a line snaking through the store all the way to the entrance, and the only candles left were espresso and a balsam, maybe 10 in total. Guess everyone had the same idea!

  6. Mom and I went today at the BBW at Penn Square Mall in Oklahoma City and it was CRAZY! We and others got the crates the candles comes in (6 slots apiece) and went to town. We ended up with 12 candles and I have a 20% off your purchase coupon so it was pretty sweet. The SAs were bringing out boxes of candles and sure they opened them up...people were grabbing candles out of the box. A lot of fun buying the candles but whoa...at least everybody in the store was in a great mood (or at least high from smelling all the candles) ;P
