More pics of the NEW Milani Gel Powder Eyeshadows (19 shades)

If you missed my original post about these, you can click HERE for swatches of three of the shades in the new Milani Gel Powder Eyeshadow Collection. I previously thought that there were twelve shades in this collection (see display pic here at CVS), but thanks to reader Krystal Lynn (@krystallynnmakeup on Instagram), I now know that there are NINETEEN shades in this range! Krystal Lynn spotted these at Walgreens, where they were actually on sale for $3.99 each (the retail price at CVS is $4.59). Take a look at these pics from Krystal Lynn:

    1. The Walgreens at 23rd and Jackson in the Central District carry Milani! I haven't been there in a few weeks but they are usually really good about updating their cosmetic displays

  6. I hope one of those browns is of a shade and finish that would work for filling in my brows. I bet that formula is going to have killer staying power, if my experience with products that have a gel-powder formula are any indication.

  11. From the girl meets lipstick blog, she says that "They come in 12 shades and the formulas are “Shimmer,” “Metallic,” or “Satin Matte.” Each shade does have a bit of shimmer to it with the one true “Shimmer” color being very shimmery."

    1. She thought she had 20 shades, but then discovered that one of the shades she bought was a repeat. :)

I haven't received ant original info from Milani about these yet, so I don't officially know how many shades there are, but there are at LEAST the 19 you see here. Hope that helps!

  13. Lol at the names, bellabellabellabella! Bella Champagne must become mine...it looks close enough to the one shade that completely shattered out when I dropped my UD Naked 3 palette (it was in crumbles on my tile floor, and I was in tears as it was my fav shade of the bunch.)

    1. You can mend a broken eyeshadow with rubbing alcohol. Check Youtube, there are tons of tutorials for it on there.

  15. I just found these at Walgreens today and there isn't a place for Bella Rouge at all and that was the one I was looking for the most! I wonder if the display varies from store to store or something, I am so dissapointed :(

    1. Went to three different Walgreens today and they all had the display, but NO Bella Rouge!!! I can't figure that out! We know it exists becuase it is in the above photo. I, too, wanted that one the most. This is really weird...

  16. The Walgreens near my work had this display today! It is beautiful! Didn't have a chance to take a close look but maybe I'll go back on my lunch break. I can see how many they have in the display.

  17. They didn't have Bella Rouge in the display at the Walgreens by my work (Columbia, MD)! They only had 18 shades displayed, and and none have been sold yet. Only 3.99! I couldn't decide on a shade, so I didn't buy any...yet.

  18. I picked up the shade Bella Caffe today at CVS. Paid only a dollar and some change because I had $3 in extrabucks (woot!). I wish my CVS had all 19 shades, though. The display only showed about 9 colors. Hopefully all the shades will make its way to the store.

  19. Good news....I read on the Cosmetically Challenged blog today that the blogger has received confirmation from Milani that there are actually 30 shades in the collection, which are PERMANENT.

  20. The Milani website (http://www.milanicosmetics.com) is SO frustrating. These new shadows are nowhere to be found on their website. Not listed under "Eyeshadow," "What's New," or "Limited Edition." They also don't appear if you use the "Search" feature.

Milani makes a few products that I absolutely love (Smooth Finish Cream to Powder Makeup, Shadow Eyez pencils, etc) but because only certain stores in each chain (such as CVS, Walgreens, etc) they can be very difficult to find, so when Milani introduces a new product I want to try, I usually buy it online (saves having to hunt all over my state). Can't DO that, though, unless Milani sells in on their website (in this case, their website doesn't even acknowledge these shadows exist!)

  21. Milani tweeted that these will be on their website by end of July and that stores are to have them in their permanent displays by that time frame. If you look them up on twitter you will see a few responses from them to other folks that we're inquiring about these.

  22. I have yet to see this display at Walgreens or CVS in the Los Angeles area.

  23. I could not find Bella rouge anywhere near me.
