According to several of you, the pigmentation on these is quite nice. I've also heard from several readers that these are not sticky or tacky, and that they feel hydrating on the lips (reader Gloria mentioned they were "emollient and cushiony"). I have also heard from a few of you that the staining capabilities are not like the L'Oreal Colour Caresse Stains, but that they do leave a slight stain behind (the applicator seems almost identical the the L'Oreal Colour Caresse stains, though). I've also heard from a few of you who think these might be a Dior dupe...I don't want to say that until I've tried one, of course, but that's an exciting theory, right?

ReplyDeleteOh, man...I want them NOW. And it'll be weeks (if not months) before they make it to Charlotte, and even longer before they show up at Ulta, where I can take advantage of specials and earn some points. That dull thud is my head pounding against the desk...

ReplyDeleteI did comment initially, and still do think, these leave somewhat of a stain behind -however after using several times I agree, very creamy texture and not tacky like the YSL or Loreal stains. These are much more shiny.. I bought caramel infused and a very nice shade for pigmented pink lips! I am definitely going back for more as have liked the Maybelline colorsensational glosses and would say these beat them in my book! Oh and BTW, for those that do not know MOST times when buying beauty at BBB you can use the Ulta $3.50 off coupon on beauty items if you DONT have a BBB coupon. Just FYI.

DeleteThey are so gorgeous that no wonder she bought them all!!! I was looking at the swatches and tried to decide which ones to buy and I can't just leave it to 1 or 2. I think I may be in trouble here!!!!! I do wish they left a little stain though.
ReplyDeleteI bought half of these because I love the formula! It's very hydrating and it feels lightweight. I almost forget that I'm even wearing anything, and the pigmentation is so wonderful. The only thing I disliked about these was the fact that they have an odd scent that's a bit strong for me, and they only lasted about an hour or two on my lips. But I'm still loving these, the colors are so pretty!

I do agree that the scent is off putting and disgusting to me. However I plan on keeping the 8 I bought because I do love how emollient the formula is, and it leaves your lips super soft.
ReplyDeleteThey are insanely gorgeous colors..and on the lips they feel amazing. I bought 10..yikes!!! But I had coupons..my favs that I have tried Nude Illusion, Hibicus Heaven, Signature Scarlett..most gorgeous red and Fuchsia Flourish..haven't opened the others one yet. For those looking to purchase, be careful and check the small seal...most of the ones I had picked sadley had been opened and swatched! I just hate that!!!
