Spotted: CoverGirl Queen Collection Jumbo Gloss Balms and All Day Flawless 3-in-1 Foundation

A huge thanks to reader Les for these sightings! Les spotted a display for the new CoverGirl Queen Collection Jumbo Gloss Balms (not to be confused with the CoverGirl Lipperfection Jumbo Gloss Balms) and also a display for the new Queen Collection foundation at CVS recently, and was nice enough to share:

(retail: $6.99 each)

I love how deep and vivid these shades look! I haven't even tried the Lipperfection Gloss Balms yet, which have been out for a while now, but I already want these Queen Collection shades! By the way, I just checked and all 16 shades in the Queen Collection are available on the drugstore.com website and Target has all 16 shades available on their website as well.

Keep reading to see the display for the new Queen Collection All Day Flawless 3-in-1 Foundation...

(retail: $9.79 each at Target and Drugstore.com, $12.99 each at CVS)

If you missed my original post on this new foundation line, the formula is nearly identical to the new CoverGirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3-in-1 Foundation (don't believe me? Click here for a side-by-side comparison). This foundation is getting some rave reviews (I've heard it's very full coverage and excellent for oily skin).

On the drugstore.com website I could only find one shade of this foundation available (if there are more and I'm just not seeing them, please do leave a link below--thanks!). The Target website now has all 14 shades in this range available on their website.

Thanks so much for the great sighting and pics, Les!

  2. I have fair skin... but two big thumbs up for CG's shade selection! Also, a lot of color products (lip, cheek, and eye) designed for dark skin tones are great for us fair folk as well.

  3. Oooh, this is interesting! Everyone seems to be coming out with these jumbo balms lately, I can't even remember who did it first now (Revlon?). I hope they have the full foundation display in my drugstore, this is the first time I've seen a drugstore foundation where all the shades are within my shade range. Thanks so much for posting this! :)

  4. I have tried the 3-in-1 Cover Girl foundation and I absolutely love it! Great lasting power for my very oily skin and Classic Ivory matches my NW20 skin very well. I haven't found it to be full coverage for whatever reason. I still use concealer for redness and blemishes. It doesn't look overly made up at all.

    1. so glad you posted this! i am also NW20 and was going back and forth with which color to buy and have been to CVS two times and walked away both times! I also have super oily skin and was worried that it would not be a good match. You have convinced me! thanks!!! always great to get help from others.

  5. I have fair skin too but the CG Queen lipsticks are some of the nicest, most moisturizing I own (mine are rather old, about 4 years). i'm excited to try these lippies!

  7. I went nuts and bought six of the Covergirl Lipperfection Jumbo Gloss Balms. Sorry to say I will not be repurchasing them. They are just not that special. The Revlon Kissable Balmstain are pigmented and stay on for hours (mostly for the dark colors). The Covergirl ones are moisturizing yes, but...not very pigmented. You might as well just buy tinted lip balm. I really hope the Queen Collection ones have more pigmentation.

So save your money and wait for the Queen Collection.

  9. These look promising. I like Revlon ColorStay for summer. It's sheer, and it gives me a glowing complexion. I used to use Iman's Cream to Powder foundation, and it was flawless for winter, but it's gotten a little too pricey for me these days. I'm longing for a medium/full coverage foundation that's lighter and long lasting.

    1. Try Black Opal. I read somewhere that they make Iman's line but I don't know for sure (seems possible though, IMO). I like their Total Cover concealing foundation (full coverage that can be sheered out depending on the brush/technique you use) and it's around $10. HTH

  10. Huh. Might give Covergirl a shot again. I see that they have foundations for light skin and now the dark skinned ladies, but how about us Mediums? :O Unless The Outlast Stay picture is just washed out then nevermind. (Haven't found this display yet). ^^;

  13. I've never seen the Queen collection in stores around me. Is there a retailer availability link anywhere?

  14. Hi Suz-If you go to the covergirl site www.covergirl.com there is a place that you can put in where to find the Queen collection in a store nearest to you.

  15. I just saw these yesterday and I am scared to pull the trigger. For one, I have no clue what shade will work for me and the shades I saw available didn't seem dark and cool enough for my complexion. I hope they have a color match on their website (CoverGirl).

  16. Crossing my fingers that they'll have my shade!
