The Weekly Drugstore Makeup Sales (Drugstore Divas edition)

Since I've been under the weather this week and wasn't able to do my usual Weekly Drugstore Sales posts, my pal Lisa of Drugstore Divas was kind enough to lend a hand and keep Nouveau Cheap readers in-the-know about some great beauty-related deals going on this week. Friends are amazing, aren't they? Right when I thought I could never catch up, Lisa swooped in and offered to do a round-up for us. Take it away, Lisa!

Hi! Lisa from Drugstore Divas here. I was so sad to hear that G. is under the weather. I know when I'm sick, blogging is one of the last things on my mind. Something I also don't think about when I'm ill: shopping. So, a little lightbulb went off in my head and I asked G. if it was okay if I did this week's weekly drugstore makeup sales. She said sure, so here we are.

CVS shoppers: The great Revlon polish deal got even better, so we have to start with that. All Revlon polish is on sale for $4.79 -- and yes, I mean all. Even the bottles that retail for $8.99 and more in my store [[really, who pays that much?]]. These bottles are giving back $3 in ecb. But, even better, many people [[myself included]] are reporting that a $3 Revlon cosmetics CRT is printing for them. And there a new $1/1 Revlon nail polish coupon that I found in my local CVS. Still with me? Buy one polish at $4.79, use the $3 CRT and the $1/1 manufacturer's coupon, pay $.79 and get back $3 ecb. That's a $2.21 moneymaker! And this is limit of six.

Also going on at CVS this week is a CoverGirl deal where you can get $3 back in ecb when you buy $10 worth. There was a $1/1 coupon from this Sunday's P&G, so that'll lower your out of pocket. Sally Hansen products BOGO50% off and are part of the buy $30 get a $10 gift card deal. Coupons.com put out a $2 off Sally Hansen lip product coupon. Your out of pocket is gonna vary on this one, but, just as an example: the cheapest item at my store is the Moisture Twist, which is $5.79. Two will be $8.65, minus two $2 printables, and you're looking at $4.65 for two, or $2.34 each [[less than half price! Love it!]].

Walgreens shoppers: There is a coupon on the back cover of the ad that makes wet n wild megalast nail color a mere $.99 cents. The limit is three [[unless you live in NM, where there is no limit -- lucky!]]. You do need the coupon on the back of the sales flier to get the deal, so pick one up when you're in the store if you recycled yours already.

I know this isn't exactly beauty related [[although, white teeth are beautiful]], but Colgate Total Advanced toothpaste is $3 and giving back $3 in Register Rewards when you buy one, so it's free. If you've come to Drugstore Divas, you know I hate paying for toothpaste, so this is a good time to stock up. My friend Sheryl from The Centsable Shoppin let me know that EOS shave gel is supposed to be on sale for $2.49 and there are $2 peelies on the PINK cans at the register, making these $.49.

Rite Aid shoppers: CoverGirl items are BOGO50%, so you can use the P&G coupon we mentioned up in the CVS portion. Your final price will vary. Olay is BOGO50% off, and there's a nice $2 off Olay bar coupon in the P&G. I'm not sure how much this retails for in Rite Aid [[I didn't get to check, sorry!]], but it's under $3 in Walmart, so you might have some free soap.

There are a ton of in-ad coupons, but the best one I saw was the $3 off Sally Hansen beauty tools coupon. Check the price on nail clippers and nail files. These are usually under $4 [[although prices will vary by region]], so you're looking at $1 or so for beauty tools.

There's also a coupon for $3 off Softlips [[limit 1 per person]]. These are supposed to be $1.99, so if you pick up two at $3.98, it's $.98 for two after the coupon. That's a nice price for this stuff.

Dollar General shoppers: Okay, I know Dollar General isn't a drugstore, but G. mentioned the new KISS nails coupons, so I had to tell you how to put them to good use. My friend Sarah at Sarah's Deals told me that Kiss artificial nails, 24 pack, are on sale for $1 at Dollar General. Use the $1 printable, and these are free. If you see anything I've missed, please point it out in the comments.

And, if you'd like to wish our lovey G. a "Get Better Soon" wish, feel free to do that in the comments as well. Happy drugstore shopping!

Thanks SO much, Lisa! This was SO helpful and MUCH appreciated!
