Milani has added some new shades to their Jewel FX and One Coat Glitter lines, so today I'd like to show you close-ups of each new shade. These are already available on the Milani website (click here for Jewel FX and here for One Coat Glitter) and should hopefully be in your area soon.
As you will see, a couple of these shades look very similar to some of the new glitter polishes from Jordana. This could be good news for those of you who do not have easy access to Jordana in your cities (for those unaware, Milani and Jordana are sister companies).

ReplyDeleteAmber and Sarah: if you look at the second paragraph of this post, I actually address this. Three, possibly four, of these shades look very similar to the Jordana shades I swatched last week. since Jordana and Milani are sister companies, i'm willing to bet the formulas are very similar, although I can't say for certain until I actually try the Milani polishes.

ReplyDeleteAfter seeing your post on the Jordana Glitters, I went to the only Kmart in my city with the intention of buying any and all of them. However, they only had 2 (sequins and gold town) which I immediately snatched up. Then I spotted all of the Jewel FX. Needless to say I purchased all of them, not knowing they are new. Yay me!!
ReplyDeleteThose one coat glitters are so pretty, but I had bad luck with them. Bought one about a year ago and it chipped really bad. It literally broke off in big chunks. I tried it twice with different top coats, but ended up tossing it. Hope others have better luck. BTW, I really like your blog, great info and pics :)

ReplyDeleteI scooped up the Lavender Jewel FX a couple of weeks ago at Kmart! I am excited to try it, and I didn't know it was new.
ReplyDeleteI spotted a little display of 5 polishes. It had the red, gold, and silver jewel fx as well as a dark gray and I believe a navy one coat glitters. I didn't check the names on those. The red that was in the diplay had only large glitter pieces. I was really disappointed in that. And on top of that the glitter looked almost curled and really cheap looking. Have the other jewel fx polishes that you ladies have been getting had both small and large glitter like these promo pics or just large?
