A huge thanks goes out to my wonderful reader Linda for the heads-up about this one! A few weeks ago, I mentioned that Walmart was giving away free samples of the new CoverGirl Natureluxe foundation (this offer is no longer available) and now Target it is giving out free samples of the new Maybelline foundation, Fit Me! Click here to get yours. If you really want to try this foundation, I suggest you HURRY because free samples of this nature never last long.
A lot of you asked about what shade you would receive of Natureluxe, and expressed frustration that you could not request a specific shade. In my experience, whenever I've signed up for a free foundation sample in the past, they rarely allow you to select a shade, and they usually send you whatever shade seems to be the most "popular" or "common". I completely understand your frustration about not getting a shade that might work for you, but all I can say is that even if the shade doesn't work for you, you can still kind of get an idea about how the texture and opacity might work for your needs, and that might be enough to determine whether or not you might be interested in purchasing a full-size product (and of course don't forget that if you purchase a beauty product from one of the big three drugstores and you save your receipt, you can return/exchange it if it doesn't work for you!).

ReplyDeleteAlmost every sample of whatever product I've gotten also comes with a coupon. So even if you don't get the right shade, the coupon might make it worth your while to buy a full size and try it out.
